FAQ
Do you use analog gear or digital gear?
We use both, most often a combination of a slightly overdriven Telefunken M15 tape machine, alongside sound shaping hardware such as EQs, compressors, envelope shapers and overdrive with some other units. Additionally, we do the final editing in software, which gives us the flexibility of both worlds and a product that is ready to be published right after it’s finished from our side.
How long does it take for a master to be finished?
In most cases the turnaround time is under 1 week, often even around 2-3 days depending on our work at the moment. If for some reason you’re in need for urgent mastering, add plus €10 to the order for 24h turnover time after we have confirmed your request.
Do you master for vinyl?
We can only provide you with a refined version of the masters especially for vinyl, however we highly recommend contacting a reputable cutting engineer so they additionally refine the master so it would be completely ready for the pressing plant. We do not recommend using our mastering, even if for vinyl, without having a professional cutting engineer as well.
What are the methods of payment?
Currently we accept payments via PayPal, Payoneer, bank transfer and Western Union. If these don’t work out for you, contact us to see if we can find a solution.
Are there any contracts involved?
After we confirm your order, we will send you a contract where basically it states that 50% of the fee needs to be paid upfront, and the rest 50% when the masters are delivered. You regain all the artist rights throughout the whole process, and it specifically details all the information you will need so both we as a provider — and you as a client are satisfied and safe in any possible scenario.

Are you interested in working together?
To place an order, first contact us and send us your music so we can approve of the premaster and confirm the mix is solid for us to begin mastering your track(s). Feel free to reach out for any concern or question you might have.
Send a link to an uploaded .wav/.aiff file with preferably no limiters or compressors on the master channel. Usually people say any headroom is fine, but we recommend aiming at around -6db peak on your masters before exporting the pre-master.
Let us know if you need any help with exporting and sending your pre-masters.
